Dash is a high-performance LED task light designed to deliver balanced, glare-free illumination for focused work. Developed by Steelcase in collaboration with Foster + Partners, Dash features a unique optical system that minimizes contrast and shadows, creating an evenly distributed light pool exactly where it’s needed.
With smooth dimming control from 15% to 100% and multiple articulation points, users can easily adjust light intensity and position. Dash was also the first freestanding personal task light to achieve BIFMA Level 1 certification, highlighting its performance and sustainability standards.
An optional PIR occupancy sensor automatically switches the light off when not in use, reducing energy consumption. Its convection airflow design keeps the head cooler to the touch for added comfort.
